Have you ever felt like there was something different about you? Non-highly sensitive people don’t get as exhausted and need down-time like highly sensitive people do. They don’t get emotionally triggered like we do. They aren’t as perfectionistic. They’re not as sensitive to criticism. They’re not as allergic to chemical odors, medicines and strong smells like we are.
Don’t get me wrong. I am not judging you. In fact, I love highly sensitive people because I am one. We have tons of gifts, too, so keep reading.
The truth is: If you are a highly sensitive person, 80% of the population has a nervous system wired differently than yours. You are different. But you don’t need to feel ashamed or guilty. If you didn’t grow up in a home where you felt loved and cherished, you probably feel an underlying nagging sense of emotional insecurity. That’s an awful feeling. I know.
You have precious gifts that non-highly sensitive people don’t come by so easily. You are kind, compassionate, intuitive, empathic, and conscientious. We can count on you. You feel things deeply. You’re creative. You want to help people and animals. Those are lovely qualities.
But, you probably need help to manage emotional reactivity, and to stay centered instead of getting caught up in everyone else’s emotions.
You probably need to set energetic boundaries and practice good self-care so you don’t get so tired and exhausted.
You probably need help healing emotional wounds from the past.
And, you probably need some help with managing conflict assertively.
Again, I am not judging you. I had to learn all these things myself. Hopefully, I can help you learn them faster than I did. That’s my desire for you.

• 26 or more days before the retreat, there will be a full refund minus a $50 processing fee.
• No refunds 0 – 25 days before the retreat, but you may apply your fee to private sessions or another retreat within one year.
Facilitator’s Cancellation Policy
If an event must be cancelled due to unforeseen events (such as the weather or illness of the facilitator) the event will be rescheduled. Every attempt will be made to accommodate a new date that will suit your needs. If that is not possible, you may apply your tuition to another event of your choice, including a private session.
