Can you answer yes to these questions?

  • Is it important to live up to your full potential?

  • Do you want to feel confident expressing your Authentic Self as a Highly Sensitive Introvert?

  • Do you long to deepen your spiritual intimacy?

  • Are you ready to roll up your sleeves, look under the covers, and transform the unconscious material that thwarts your success?.

  • Do you want to eliminate roadblocks so you can achieve your goals efficiently?

.

Benita Esposito, Facilitator

As a highly sensitive person myself, I struggled for years with feeling the sting of not being fully empowered to create my ideal life. I had big dreams, and it was so frustrating when I couldn’t achieve them. When success came, I was on cloud nine. But when I encountered stumbling blocks, anxiety swooped in … along with pain, fatigue and sometimes depression. .

I was especially sensitive to criticism … mine and others. My inner critic was a relentless task master. Stress took a big toll in my younger years.

I know how challenging life can be when you doubt yourself.

Or when there’s unresolved conflict in a relationship.

Or when you have a job that pays the bills, but doesn’t light up your soul.

Our bodies suffer from anxiety and stress under these conditions. Stress can lead to a host of problems including trouble sleeping, a compromised immune system, digestive difficulties, poor memory and concentration … just to name a few.

These challenges once loomed big in my life, but I am happy to tell you that I no longer experience these difficulties. I am living the life of my dreams. I live in a peaceful beautiful Nature sanctuary. I work with my ideal clients, following my spiritual calling. I meditate every day to restore energy and to stay grounded. I have healthy relationships.

I want these things for you, too.

.

Have you ever felt like there was something different about you?

Non-highly sensitive people comprise 80% of the world. They don’t get as exhausted and need downtime like we do. They don’t need deep emotional intimacy like we do. They don’t get emotionally triggered like we do. They don’t need to spend so much time processing emotions and making sense of things like we do. They aren’t as perfectionistic and idealistic. They’re not as sensitive to criticism. They’re not as allergic to chemicals, odors, and medicines. They don’t search for deep meaning in their life like highly sensitive people (HSPs) do.

Don’t get me wrong. I am not judging you or non-highly sensitive people. HSPs have tons of gifts, so keep reading.

The truth is:

If you are a highly sensitive person, you are part of 20% of the population who has a nervous system wired differently than the majority. You ARE different, but you don’t need to feel ashamed or guilty.

If you didn’t grow up in a home where you felt loved and cherished by both parents, you probably have an underlying sense of emotional insecurity. That’s normal for a highly sensitive person who didn’t feel securely attached in their family of origin.

That’s an awful feeling. I know. I’ve felt it plenty of times. I can help you with this.

.

HSP GIFTS

You have precious gifts that non-highly sensitive people don’t come by so easily. You are generally kind, compassionate, intuitive, empathic, and conscientious. We can count on you. You feel things deeply. You have the ability to love deeply when you feel safe. You’re creative and you are a visionary. You want to help people and animals, and you can sense what will make them feel more comfortable without them telling you. Those are lovely qualities … just to name a few.

.

HSP CHALLENGES

You probably need help to manage emotional reactivity when you get triggered. Your emotions fire more rapidly and more intensely, and you stay distressed longer than non-highly sensitive people. You can’t just let things roll off your back and “get over it” like non-HSPs want you to.

You probably also need help to stay centered instead of getting caught up in everyone else’s emotions. Empaths feel the emotions of everyone around them. Without good energetic boundaries, you won’t have a solid sense of your Authentic Self.

You need to practice good self-care so you don’t get so exhausted and have trouble sleeping.

And, you probably need some help with managing conflict.

I am not judging you. I had to learn all these things, too. Hopefully, I can help you learn them a lot faster than I did. That’s my desire for you.

.

WHAT’S UNIQUE ABOUT THESE HSP RETREATS?

These HSP Retreats are small groups so it’s easy to bond with each other because people feel safe. You get plenty of personal attention.

As one of my teachers says, “We were wounded in relationships, and we heal in tribe.”

You will have time to do at least one piece of personal work. And, you’ll learn vicariously as I coach other people. You’ll soar to greater heights because of the power of the group consciousness.

Each participant chooses the issue that they want help with so that their specific needs are met.

The group agenda evolves organically so that everyone gets what they need. I don’t have a set teaching itinerary. That’s why you can attend several retreats, and they’ll all be different.

Sometimes you don’t know what you don’t know. When you participate in a group, you learn things you didn’t even know you needed to learn.

Have fun!

Add a play day to the beginning and/or end of your in-person retreat. Pack a picnic and relax at the Hiawassee beach. Rent a jet ski, kayak, or boat. Walk to one of our waterfalls through a forest along a rushing creek. Get a massage. Visit Joyce Kilmer Forest. Some trees are over 400 years old, and the oldest yellow poplars are more than 20 feet in circumference and stand 100 feet tall. Hike the Appalachian trail. Enjoy delicious food at our restaurants overlooking the lake and the Blue Ridge Mountains.

What you’ll gain from this HSP Retreat:

  • Expert coaching tailored to your specific needs. I have four decades of professional spiritual counseling and life coaching with individual adults, groups, and retreats.

  • Transformation of the unconscious causes of your distress so you heal more quickly.

  • Self-assurance … even when people misunderstand you or criticize you. Wow! That’s huge.

  • A deeper relationship with your spiritual connection, your eternal source of love, wisdom, and power.

  • Practical tools for deep emotional healing while being held in the arms of God and by our safe community.

  • Inspiration and support to express your radiant Authentic Self and share your unique beautiful gifts with the world. Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) are happiest when they are helping the world become a better place.

  • Effective tools to manage the typical challenges of highly sensitive people: self-doubt, emotional reactivity, fatigue, being an empath who picks up other people’s energy, discomfort with conflict, people-pleasing, trouble setting boundaries, saying “no,” and expressing what you need.

One of the most common complaints from my HSP clients is that they don’t have enough friends who truly understand them. When you find people who truly get you, it’s like gold.

I remember a season of my life when I cried to God, “Where are my people?!”

I hold these retreats so you all can come together and feel the fulfillment of being truly seen and loved.

You’ll feel safe … heard … and understood … so you can soar to new heights. That’s one of the most wonderful feelings in the world.

So, if you are looking for like-minded souls with whom you can feel comfortable and let your hair down … to explore, to excavate, and to express your Authentic Self … please apply for a seat in one of these retreats.
