Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) Retreats Overview
Reclaim Your Authentic Self
.
Are You Ready to Transform Overwhelm into Inner Peace?
Benita A. Esposito hosts exclusive, small-group, in-person Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) Retreats in the North Georgia mountains, specifically designed for sensitive adults wanting to master emotional regulation and deep spiritual healing. With only six participants per group, this emotionally intimate setting provides expert, personalized coaching to help you overcome anxiety, set boundaries, and live consistently as your Authentic Self.
As a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), navigating a world built for the other 80% of the population can feel exhausting. If you are ready to stop just surviving and start thriving, ask yourself:
- Do you want to feel confident expressing your Authentic Self?
- Are you ready to eliminate the emotional roadblocks thwarting your success?
- Do you long to deepen your spiritual intimacy and emotional healing?
- Are you ready to live up to your full, beautiful potential?
If you answered yes, you belong here. You do not have to carry the heavy weight of anxiety, self-doubt, or sensory overload alone.
Meet Your Facilitator: Benita A. Esposito
“We were wounded in relationships, and we heal in tribe.”
For years, I struggled with the same challenges you face today. My inner critic was a relentless taskmaster. Stress, anxiety, fatigue, and depression frequently crept in because my nervous system was constantly overwhelmed. I was highly sensitive to criticism and felt deeply misunderstood.
Today, my life is completely transformed. I live in a peaceful Nature sanctuary, work with my ideal clients, meditate daily, and enjoy healthy, grounded relationships.
With five decades of professional spiritual counseling and life coaching experience, I want to help you fast-track your journey to peace. I designed these HSP retreats to give you the exact tools I used to build the life of my dreams.
Understanding Your Blueprint as an HSP
If you feel different from those around you, it is because you are. About 20% of the population has a nervous system that is wired differently.
The Unique Challenges We Face
- Emotional Reactivity: Your emotions fire rapidly and intensely, making it hard to just “get over it.”
- Absorbing Energy: As an empath, you absorb everyone else’s emotions, blurring your own boundaries.
- Chronic Fatigue: Without strict self-care, a hyper-aware brain leads to exhaustion and poor sleep.
- Unresolved Attachment: If you didn’t feel deeply cherished growing up, you may carry a painful sense of emotional insecurity.
Your Beautiful HSP Gifts
Your sensitivity is not a deficit—it is your superpower. HSPs are naturally:
- Intuitive, empathic, and deeply compassionate.
- Creative visionaries who think deeply.
- Conscientious, reliable, and capable of profound love.
- Highly attuned to the needs of people and animals.

What Makes These HSP Sensitive Retreats Unique?
-
Intimate, High-Safety Groups in a Beautiful Peaceful Nature Setting
Participation is strictly capped at six participants. This small group size ensures a safe, sacred space where you can easily bond, let your hair down, and receive plenty of personal attention.
-
Tailored, Organic Coaching
There is no rigid, cookie-cutter agenda. The schedule evolves organically based on what the group needs. Every participant will have the time and space to do at least one deep piece of personal work while learning vicariously through others.
-
A Built-In “Play Day”
Healing should be restorative. You can add a play day to the beginning or end of your in-person retreat in beautiful Hiawassee, Georgia.
- Walk to rushing waterfalls in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
- Hike the historic Appalachian Trail.
- Relax at the beach or rent a kayak on the lake.
- Visit the ancient trees of the Joyce Kilmer Forest.
What You Will Gain from This Retreat
- Targeted HSP Tools: Master how to manage self-doubt, people-pleasing, emotional triggers, and boundary setting.
- Deep Emotional Healing: Access practical tools to transform unconscious wounds while held safely in the arms of God.
- Spiritual Intimacy: Deepen your relationship with your eternal source of love, wisdom, and power.
- True Camaraderie: Find “your people.” Connect with like-minded souls who truly validate, see, and understand you.

I’m a licensed psychotherapist, spiritual counselor, life coach, and author of Amazon bestseller, The Gifted Highly Sensitive Introvert: Wisdom for Emotional Healing and Expressing Your Radiant Authentic Self. I specialize in fast-tracking deep emotional healing for high-achieving Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs) and introverts. By combining advanced body-based therapies like Brainspotting and Breathwork with a grace-filled Christian perspective, I help you quickly pinpoint limiting patterns so you can experience lasting inner peace without wasting time. When I’m not leading retreats at my home overlooking a lake in the Blue Ridge Mountains, you can find me tending to my flower garden, rowing, or capturing nature through my camera lens.
