Highly Sensitive Person Support Group

One of the hallmarks of Highly Sensitive People (HSP) is that our emotions fire more intensely and last longer than non-highly sensitive people. We have a host of challenges along with some pretty awesome gifts. With added stress, our personal and professional lives are more difficult.  Emotional support from an expert HSP coach and other HSP’s who understand us can help us get through tough times.
.
During the pandemic, anxiety runs higher for most of us.
.
Some of us can’t reach out and hug our family and friends. Some of us feel lonely.
.
Some of us experience escalated family conflicts. Either our relationships have grown deeper and sweeter, or dysfunction glares us in the face.
.
We’re worried that our loved ones will catch the virus, or that we will.
.
Our jobs may be stressful. We’d like to change jobs, but we’re concerned about money.
.
Some of us are grieving. We’ve lost loved ones or we have estranged relationships.
.
Maybe we weren’t able to attend a wedding or a funeral.
.
Sleep disturbance is more common along with other stress-related dis-ease.
.

You can receive counseling for Highly Sensitive People (HSP) at a fraction of the regular cost by joining our 12-week Zoom support group.

.
This small group will be conducted in my spiritual counseling format along with psycho-education. This is a grace-filled Christian path that accepts people of all faiths who advocate loving God and each other.
.

Here’s how the HSP Resilience Support Group works.

.
Who’s Invited: Highly Sensitive People from around the globe will come together to be coached while the rest of the group learns vicariously. You’ll receive much-needed emotional support and affirmation for being your beautiful unique sensitive self.
.
You can receive spiritual counseling on any of these topics:
• Reduce stress, anxiety and depression.
• Regulate emotions so you don’t get overwhelmed and exhausted.
* Manage your empathic nature so you remain centered and grounded.
* Set energetic boundaries for self-care.
* Say “no” when you need to instead of people-pleasing.
* Meditate so you maintain health and emotional resilience.
• Manage grief so you move through all six stages more easily.
• Take care of your body to enhance your immune system and reduce pain.
• Connect with your Authentic Self to increase self-esteem and prosperity.
* Become your own best friend even when others don’t meet your needs.
• Develop spiritual intimacy … your source of love, wisdom and power.
• Heal relationships with effective communication and conflict management.
• Process trauma and emotional wounds so you don’t stay stuck in the past.
• Clarify what’s most meaningful to you, then find the money and time to successfully achieve your goals.
* Heal family of origin childhood wounds so dysfunctional patterns stop repeating in your adult life.
.
Format
• You’ll receive my expert coaching in every session.
* There is a minimum of four people and a maximum of six people in each group. I keep it small to give people more personal attention.

• You can have a study buddy for support, friendship and encouragement.
.
When:  We’ll meet by Zoom video-conference for 12 weeks.
The group meets Tuesdays at 8pm-9pm Eastern time zone.
The next group starts on March 2, 2021.

Smart HSP High Achievers Meetup Group

Facilitator: Benita A. Esposito

Highly sensitive people (HSPs) often feel “different,” and in this case “different” means inferior. That’s a terrible feeling, and I want to help you change that experience.

How many questions can you answer “yes” to?

1) Are you a highly sensitive person (HSP) who feels stressed when there’s too much to do?

2) Are you a smart high achiever who has struggled with anxiety or depression?

3) Do you feel compelled to do your best? When someone criticizes you, does it sting?

4) Have people said, “You’re too sensitive. Just let it go.”

5) Do you find yourself wanting to please people to avoid conflicts?

6) Do noisy crowds, time pressures and brash people stress you?

7) Are you an empath? When others are angry or sad, do you have trouble remaining centered?

8) Do you tend to lose yourself in relationships?

9) Have people taken advantage of your compassion without returning your kindness?

10) Does your heart ache when your loved ones won’t emotionally connect with you?

11) Have emotionally abusive relationships left you exhausted?

12) Is it difficult to take time for daily meditation, exercise and to prepare healthy food?

If you see yourself in these questions, you are not alone.

Attend this Meetup group and get acquainted with other like-minded HSP’s who understand you.
